Shenfield Common is a 13 hectare region of common land, located near Brentwood town centre. The common has a rich diversity of habitats including ponds, grassland and woodland. It's currently being managed by 'Shenfield Common Conservators', 'for the benefit of wildlife and nature conservation whilst allowing for informal public access.'

The common is an example of Greenbelt success! - in that in such an affluent suburban town, with clear an relatively efficient links to London, ancient woodland and public open greenspace has been preserved!
What is interesting about Brentwood, is the dominance of residential land usage over public amenities and industrial sites, compared to other towns in the UK - this is due to the proximity to London, pulling residents out of the town for work. Yet despite it's proximity to the city, the majority of ancient woodlands, grasslands and wetlands remain, thanks to the greenbelt. The etymology of Brentwood, 'Burnt Wood' [Middle English], hints at the dominant historic industry of the town, creating charcoal from the forest, illustrating a longstanding relationship between the town and surrounding greenspace.

El texto acciona a manera de múltiples estímulos en el ejecutor, condicionando complejas consecuencias primarias de apropiación del espacio. Del estudio de movimiento corporal se diversifica, desdoblándose en fluidas consecuencias vivenciales, las cuales son posibles de ser organizadas en un programa elemental.
Toda secuencia se establece en un marco definido de tiempo que gira en torno al ejecutor. La materialización pasa por etapas a partir de la consecución de unidades generativas libres al ser organizadas pueden responder a los criterios definidos por el programa.
Cada unidad generativa es sometida a indistintos esfuerzos y su condición estructural se va modificando al movimiento de la secuencia completa. De esta manera se prioriza el conjunto. En donde secuencia, lugar y tiempo confluyen para permitirnos visualizar una propuesta física.

Ayan Cafe & Shisha Lounge is a boutique lounge. The Lounge serves mainly shisha.
The target market for this lounge is:
● Young Students since the university is across the street
● Age range is 20 to 35
● Male and female
Pricing is medium to high.
Style & Theme is modern, inviting, terrace outdoor.
The storefront facade is 12.2 meters wide and 3.43 height
The main door from the street:
LED Tunnel. Since we did not have enough and wide space on the storefront, we restricted the LED light squares at 2.5m by 2.5
4 rectangles/squares were enough to give the desired entrance.
The entrance was elevated from the ground by 45cm since the building floor is elevated from the sidewalk by 45cm.
Terrace:
The terrace was the only 1m in depth, With the exception of the entrance area which will be 3m by 3m
The entrance area took up 3m in depth to allow for the square LED tunnel entrance.
The windows of the storefront were pushed back by 3m to give more space for the terrace.
The seating at the terrace from the street side will be built like this.

We would like to have an Aluminum Awnings that extends a meter from the building to cover the terrace. There is a sign on the canopy. A metal sign that says:

Las unidades generativas son materializadas en modelos físicos a escala real. La unidad de medida inicial yace en la interacción dinámica de un escrito, y entidades imaginarias que inspiran diversos relatos fantásticos.
Ésta edificación constituye dentro de un marco de tiempo, elementos organizables cuya concepción responde a un programa previamente identificado que le otorga a cada unidad generativa, características únicas de acuerdo a su posición y accionar en el conjunto.
