When spring comes, the most beautiful time of the year begins for us: the arrival of the foals. We look forward to this period every year. When the delivery has gone well and the foal and mother are standing together in the beautiful spring sun, we can only call ourselves lucky and enjoy this.

How wonderful it is to be able to train your own breeding products into beautiful horses that are suitable for the (top) sport and perhaps later for riding school activities.

Knowing your broodmares, qualities, character traits, offspring and performance all these factors help you choose the right stallion.

In addition to using our own stallions, we also use stallions from outside.

The Marciana Library or Library of Saint Mark is a public library in Venice, Italy. It is one of the earliest surviving public libraries and repositories for manuscripts in Italy and holds one of the world's most significant collections of classical texts. It is named after St Mark, the patron saint of the city. The library was founded in 1468 when the humanist scholar Cardinal Bessarion, bishop of Tusculum and titular Latin patriarch of Constantinople, donated his collection of Greek and Latin manuscripts to the Republic of Venice. The Venetian government was slow, however, to honor its commitment to suitably house the manuscripts with decades of discussion and indecision. The original library building is located in Saint Mark's Square, Venice's former governmental center, with its long façade facing the Doge's Palace. Constructed between 1537 and 1588, it is considered the masterpiece of the architect Jacopo Sansovino and a key work in Venetian Renaissance architecture.

Oolde is a state-protected historic country estate in the hamlet of the same name, Oolde near Laren, in the municipality of Lochem, in the Dutch province of Gelderland. Oolde is recognized as a manor house.

The first house was built around 1545 by Derck van Oolde. Because a medieval house Oolde already existed, his new castle was initially named Nijenhuis. In 1653, Goossens van Keppel borrowed Nijenhuis and had it rebuilt in 1663.

In 1745, Bastiaan van Keppel inherited the Nijenhuis, which had meanwhile been called Oolde. Medieval Oolde was henceforth referred to as Oud Oolde. Both houses were manor houses.

In 1771, Bastiaan gave the Oolde house as a gift to his cousin Derk Jan van Keppel, who was married to the wealthy Charlotte Clara Elisabeth van Heeckeren van Overlaer. They had the house Oolde modernized.[1]

In 1820, Oolde came into the possession of the Van Heeckeren family after Mr. Derk Jan Carel Sebastiaan van Keppel tot Old-oolde had died in 1819. In 1839, Adolf Frederik Lodewijk, Count of Rechteren Limpurg, lord of Almelo, inherited the house. Ten years later he also bought Oud Oolde and thus united both properties.

His daughter Maria Catharina Frederica inherited her father's possessions in 1851. Together with her husband Wilbert Count van Wassenaer Starrenburg, she commissioned Hendrik Copijn to design the landscape park.

In 1900, a large part of the possessions, including Oud Oolde, was auctioned. Maria passed away six years later.

In 1958 Cornelia Charlotte Bieruma Oosting bought the house Oolde.

The main building is equipped with the year anchors 1663. The entrance party of Bentheimer sandstone was added around 1771. The building has a basement and two floors, and is covered with a hipped roof. The coats of arms of the Van Keppel and Heeckeren families are attached to the facade. A terrace terrace has been built in front of the left side wall with a built-in coat of arms bearing the coats of arms of the Van Keppel, Van Ittersum, Van Coeverden and Sloet families.[2]

The estate is open to the public, the house and its immediate surroundings are not.

"Vessel" — an art installation by Thomas Heatherwick.

Behind it could be seen the "Shed"— the movable building that creates space for theatrical events and many more.

The High Line is an elevated park situated on the former railroad overpass along the Hudson River. New York was a bustling port in the past, and the railroad was used to transport different kinds of food and goods.

Nowadays, it is a beautiful park in Manhattan that offers amazing views of the neighboring streets. In recent years, it has become surrounded by high-rise buildings designed by some of the world's most famous architectural firms. "Vessel is quite an interesting photographic object during the day, but at night, it provides an irresistible impression.
