Kids activity and learning centre at Six Senses Soneva Kiri resort was just completed. The four enclosed sculptural spaces provide different activities for children.

Amazing project. I’m not sure if I'll ever see it in real, these pictures are made by Six Senses. I didn’t work on this project, but there are some more amazing projects in process and I feel honored to work there.
Why visit and photograph abandoned or forgotten places? Why have I concentrated my attention on places abandoned by humankind and travelled thousands of kilometres each year to bring back photographs of them? Must a passion necessarily be explained to be shared? Because sharing is indeed what this is all about: sharing the emotions I had when I discovered places of worship that exist in harmony with the ruins of time.
Francis Meslet’s book is an unparalleled testimony to these places. He brings us rare and touching images of our history, our beliefs, our hopes, and our fears. This is an invitation to dream. Each photograph is not only an image in time, every single picture is a guide book, to which we hold the keys deep within us. It is up to us to turn the pages and let ourselves be led by our imagination on a journey through the centuries, while soaking up the poetry and simple beauty of these places roused from their great slumber.

During his first visit, Maciej has already knew that he has just found a place for living and for working. He has commissioned his friends from mode:lina™ studio to do an arrangement of the place. The task wasn't easy, because the designers has faced a challenge of making both a multifunctional design studio space and apartment for living on merely 37 m2 of area... what is more, they also needed to remember about “hiding-room” for a 6-years old son!

"Pourquoi visiter et photographier des lieux abandonnés ou oubliés ? Pourquoi concentrer son attention sur des lieux délaissés par l’homme et parcourir plusieurs milliers de kilomètres chaque année pour en ramener des images ? Une passion doit-elle s’expliquer à tout prix pour être partagée ? Car c’est bien de partage dont il s’agit ici. Diagonal 00 Telefonica Tower in Barcelona, designed by the architect Enric Massip-Bosch_EMBA and developed by Consorci de la Zona Franca de Barcelona, has been awarded the LEAF PRIZE 2011 for Best Commercial Building of the Year. LEAF AWARDS are one of the most prestigious international yearly architecture prizes. The best practices around the world compete in the different categories of these coveted awards with their most significant projects.
Diagonal 00 Telefonica Tower has been chosen as the best commercial building of the year among a selected group of shortlisted international projects. Developed by Consorci de la Zona Franca de Barcelona, the tower hosts since January this year the headquarters of Telefonica Group in Catalonia and its R+D Center, a world leader in multimedia and internet research, reflecting the multinational’s focus on innovation.
