Shot at Arambol Beach in Goa.
It was a beautiful evening the the clouds and colors were awesome just after sunset. The light was already low. I asked Arpita to pose while I exposed for the sky and got the silhouette.
17mm awesomeness on full frame. Something I'm missing since the time I sold my 17-40L.

Сидел, ломал голову, как в нескольких предложения описать Арамболь - рыбацкую деревню на севере Гоа, второй дом для меня и большей части близких мне людей, родная “гавань для тысяч ищущих сердец”... И вдруг понял, что лучше чем это сделал мой златокудрый друг Антон Салтанов, этого не сделает, наверное, никто. Вот 2 из 100 стихов, ставшего уже культовым, в узких кругах, романа “Орлов” :)))
О, Арамболь, мечта поэта!
И гавань ищущих сердец,
Здесь прячется зимою лето,
Куда летят в один конец
Бродяги, йоги и экспаты,
Народ весьма чудаковатый,
Тут и жонглеры, и певцы,
Бомжи, философы, глупцы,
Седые фрики чарас курят
На пляже в шеках дотемна.
Струятся мантры и вкусна
Еда простая: баджи пури,
Самосы, тали и dal fry.
О, Арамболь, хиппанский рай!
Я помню волны Арамболя!..
Рассвет, закат, прибоя шум,
Где я бродил себе на воле,
Маршруты выбрав наобум.
Где рыбари уходят в море
Навстречу утренней Авроре
Оставив на песке лишь след…
И солнца свет прольёт рассвет
На тех, кто практикует йогу,
В ассанах хитрых на песке,
На тех, кто ходит налегке,
От Арамболя к солнцепёку.
И лижет ноги им прибой
Своей податливой волной.

Arambol is in the northern belt of the great beaches of Goa. It is far enough to deter the ordinary tourists so you do not have vast hordes of gawking and hustling males to clutter up the sand, the sun and the sea. In general it is peaceful and beautiful.
A fishing boat in green colors flying a flamboyant yellow flag fluttering gaily in the sea breeze looked wonderful in a late evening with the sun playing out a marvelous spread of light on a otherwise stormy day.
This was shot right next to the image of the small Shiva temple appearing in the comments. YOu can see a patch of yellow in your right corner and that is the very same temple top.

One fine day at the Arambol Beach where the mellow light brightened up a small temple of colored hues with a big Shiva trident marked up front. Jai Bhole Nath !
The wispy clouds were a sheer bonus.

Long exposure of these incredible rock formations along the Goan coastline, captured during blue hour. The misty waves, shaped by the motion of the tide, create a dreamy contrast against the rugged textures of the rocks. A moment of serenity where time stands still.
At Arambol in Goa, seeking their share of the Goan sunshine are a few lovers and some old beach chairs of wood with tatty cotton mattresses.
There are many such replications all over the beachside in Goa. Thank fully Arambol is less crowded then the beaches in Calangute and Baga where it is nightmare to find an inch of decent space.
