T.Stark:To all citizens of New york,after the betrayel of Captain America he started to gather a team which has only rogues that call themselves hero in it.But it's never too late to choose the right side.I promise that i won't reject anyone that want to join to the goverment's and my side.There's nothing to panic anymore.We don't want any more losts and the whole point of this Registiration side is based on this.Justice requires this and the ones who don't want justice anymore will not be tolarated.I can say you this for sure,Captain America is no longer a HERO.Any questions?

Journalist:Do you think anyone will change his or her side and join you?

T.Stark:Only the smart ones.

Journalist:What are you going to do with rogues that were caught?

T.Stark:Putting them in a regular prison will be nonsense because they'll escape easily i have better plans for them.
