Most days we had lots of broken clouds with the sun trying so hard to brighten the land.. (again, taken in Lofotan Norway)
this past summer i raised monarch butterflies, and one of the nice benefits is as they come out of their chrysalis, they will let you put them anywhere which is great for photography
OK, my Spanish isn't very good. The hosta leaves are withering in the colder weather, first going from green to yellow, and then to something much darker, nearly black. This one shows a mix of the yellow and nearly black, in the late afternoon light, about 9 minutes before sunset. I always love the lines in the hosta leaves, as well as their texture, and with this one at this time of day, the colors have become pretty wonderful as well. A single shot, there is nevertheless a lot of detail to enjoy, including cob webs and leaf venation. Hope you like it half as much as I do.
