So I finally got this shit working. Their instructions suck and aren't clear, but after a few days I managed to figure it out.
Anyway, I've updated all of my currently available tattoos to include Legacy appliers.
I sent out updates but if you didn't get them, just grab a redelivery from the terminal at my main store. :)

I have not yet revamped my marketplace store so if you want the Legacy appliers, please get them in-world. My marketplace store is horribly out of date anyway so that'll be redone in the coming days. HOWEVER, If you purchased any of these tattoos on the marketplace and wish to get a redelivery from the terminal, it should still work for you.

This outfit is applier only and doesn't work with the Classic SL avatar, it comes in Omega Appliers and TMP Installers for the Style HUD. The Omega Appliers work with all three layers, Tattoo, Underwear, and Clothing layers for your convenience, However for those with TMP bodies, these appliers are mostly on the tattoo layer, because of transparencies and stockings that cover the feet.
