In her application to the Covergirls, Suzane asked about the possibility of there being any transformation service in Houston. I told her about Vanity who is also a member of the Covergirls and a friend of mine.. See: vanitytransformations.com/vts/ .
Vanity also throws the biggest and best TG parties on Houston. Her Halloween parties are legendary as were the old Christmas parties and pool parties and the more recent Miss TG Houston Pageants, prom parties and Bridezilla 2009.

After application, cover head with plastic shower cap and tuban/towel, whatever. It will be stained! I'm using gloves and a brush from a beauty supply store to apply. Use a glass/ceramic bowl--anything plastic will stain.

Hi! In the spirit of concentrating the public's attention in our stores and keeping the fees low and affordable to everyone, Mainstore Releases is ready propose to you a brand new store-related initiave: the Mainstore Madness! As for the Annoying Hunt, this a project that I have been doing for a while now and I think could be a great project that we can all share together!
What is Mainstore Madness?
Once a month we ask you to make a new mainstore release, no dates, no deadlines, just when you feel you can do it. The new release will stay up at your store for 48 hours with a 40% discount. We encourage you to have a countdown timer in order to show customers the remaining time they have. After that you can put the full price and keep it at your store. The responsability of your product/timing/discount etc is up to you cause I don't have a team of people that can check, so please follow the rules or the customers will skip your store and it's a pity!
Why to join?
This project is made for designers that cannot afford/are not invited to events, but also for designers that join events but want to focus the attention in their mainstores too.
The initiative will start in March.
Info and rules
- You must have an inworld store.
- You must join once a month, any day it's more comfortable to you.
- The fee is 1000L per month.
- You can share your discounted new mainstore release anytime in our Discord server (in the proper channel) and, of course, in your social media in order to promote them.
- You must rez at your store the Mainstore Madness poster that will show the discounted product(s) of the day of all stores joining so we can promote each others I will personally change the image in the poster every time you will release a new product! This is the key to this project, the mainstore community promotion!
- You can choose if you want to set the product for your group, for Mainstore Releases group or for everybody.
- Vendor images must be sent 2 days before the release of the new product via a provided form, so I have the time to create the poster.
- Once accepted you will receive a designer kit with the poster, info and a Mainstore Madness logo to add to your mainstore release.

I'm only having two pockets - that looks better on my rather short waisted, d-cup figure.
They are sewn on by hand taking tiny blind hemming stitches, being careful not to catch the lining.

This manuscript is one of the relatively few illustrated Byzantine copies of the Acts and Epistles of the Apostles. It consists of three parts produced at different dates: the New Testament text with its accompanying prefatory material (known as Euthalian apparatus, after the name of its supposed compiler Euthalius) was copied in the early twelfth century, then lists of readings were added at two stages, in the fourteenth and fifteenth centuries, to facilitate their use in church. Some of the Epistles have lost the miniature that once marked their beginning. A couple of lost leaves were replaced in the sixteenth century.

Sensors get dirty, it is impossible to change lens and keep them clean...
Mine has to be cleaned two times a year or more.
When you choose smaller apertures, the dirt spots show shamelessly. In one of my last photos, www.flickr.com/photos/henrique_silva/6600173785/, the aperture was f/36 and so every little tiny bit of dirt was showing, I spent a little time in Lightroom cleaning them, but there are still some in the picture... It was urgent to clean the 40D's sensor
Again I went trough this delicate process, I use Sensor Scope from Delkin Devices, it works well, it uses a combination of vacuum cleaner and moistened sensor wands to get the job done. Here is a before / after mosaic, it is not completly clean, but in fact there is a compromise between having the sensor damaged or have one or two dust spots...

Check your sensor for dust!
a - Create a new image in Photoshop or any other application and fill it with white
b - Set your camera to Aperture Priority, ISO100, and aperture to it's minimum f/22 - f/45
c - Set lens focus to Manual, and focus to closest possible
d - Shoot in raw or if in jpeg, turn off special image processing functions
e - Zoom in until the photoshop image fills your camera focusing screen
f - Shoot camera facing the white image on your monitor, and during this exposure, move your camera back and fourth being careful to not to point the lens outside of your white image. You can also zoom in in the image...
g - Process your image, adjust contrast, brightness, clarity, whatever, so that you get a clear view of the dirt spots!
h - Now you can go through the cleaning process - remember that what shows on the bottom of the image will be towards the top of the camera sensor...
i - Repeat the process from a to g and if you are happy with the result, then you are done; otherwise, repeat again... this time I had to make three swab cleanings. It is preferable to clean gently several times than applying to much force.

In 1893, two years after the interurban railway opened Grandview to development, application was made in New Westminster to subdivide this site into two building lots. In fact, three houses were eventually constructed on it, this being the middle one. The city was booming, and Grandview was an ideal neighbourhood for the large number of immigrant families. In its early years it was a discrete community, with some bushland between it and the city, much like Kerrisdale was at the time.
Nearly a century later the neighbourhood is enjoying a renaissance with the restoration of many of its heritage houses. One such is 1963 Grant Street, purchased two years ago from a family who had lived in it since 1940 and who had converted it into three suites. The new owners have undertaken a complete renovation. Exterior accretions such as wrought iron railings and many of the aluminum slider windows have been replaced with appropriate wooden ones. They took the dilapidated interior back to the studs, and salvaged an original stained glass window over the fireplace. Replacements, such as the tiled fireplace insert, reflect the period style. The renovation paid sympathetic attention to heritage architectural features but, at the same time, created a space for a modern young family. The result has been described as a “formal, old-fashioned home with a punch.”
There are Craftsman-style details on the exterior such as steep pitched eaves, deep overhangs, side dormer windows and cedar shingle cladding. An attractive
arched balcony over the front door adds to the appeal. Stairs lead up to the main floor, typical of Vancouver houses that required a full basement for fuel storage
and a central furnace. However, the lack of a deep front porch, the absence of bay windows and the use of fir rather than oak in the interior suggest that the house was probably intended for a family of a clerk or skilled tradesman. It fits well alongside its many contemporaries in the area. However, careful restoration and attention to architectural details have made it a somewhat special survivor.
