From the "Superstition Mountain Museum" webpage:

The Elvis Presley Chapel is a movie memorabilia museum showing the movies that were filmed at Apacheland.

Survivor of two fires, one in 1969 and one in 2004, which decimated Apacheland Movie Ranch, the Elvis Presley Memorial Chapel was donated to the Superstition Mountain Museum by Sue and Ed Birmingham.

The chapel was taken down piece by piece, nail by nail, has been reconstructed on the museum ground. The Apacheland Movie Ranch Museum is a special museum of western motion pictures and television that were filmed there over a 45 year period, including “Charro,” which starred Elvis Presley. Among some of the better known motion pictures filmed at Apacheland were: The Ballad of Cable Hogue, Arizona Raiders ,The Haunted, The Gambler II and Blind Justice. Television series included Have Gun Will Travel, and Wanted Dead or Alive.

It will also serve, as it has since it was first constructed, as a wedding chapel and reservations are being taken.

Apacheland is located on the grounds of the Superstition Mountain Museum on the Apache Trail in Arizona. Since 1959, it has hosted many western movies and television shows. It was moved in literally hundreds of pieces to the museum’s grounds and has been reconstructed almost entirely of it’s original materials.

Grand Hotel just before it was tore down, in fact demolition had already started. This hotel was popular in days/years gone past. Many movie stars stayed here while filming Westerns at the Apacheland Movie Ranch. The Grand Hotel had stars like John "the Duke" Wayne, Audie Murphy, Elvis Presley to name a few that stayed here. Long before the name brand hotels came to Apache Junction, this was the Grand Hotel.

Taken at the Superstition Mountain Museum in Apache Junction, AZ. The Apacheland Barn or Rifleman's Barn was used for many TV shows and movies. Made from 3 raw exposures (-2, 0, +2) shot with a Canon 50D and processed with Qtpfsgui and Photoshop. Best when viewed large.

This was one of the many old "things" they had at Apache Land. I love old farm equipment.

Going back over some old photos. Here is one from Apache Land, east of Phoenix.

These gallows have appeared in many movies that were filmed at Apache Land.

Out in Gold Canyon, Arizona there is a small movie set that was once used in the movie "Charro" that starred Elvis Presley. This little church was part of that set. Small movie fact: Charro was the only movie where Elvis wore a beard.

This old western style chapel is located at the base of the Superstition Mountains. The chapel used to reside at the Apacheland Movie Ranch until it was donated to the Superstition Mountain Museum.

The chapel was taken down piece by piece, nail by nail, has been reconstructed on the museum ground.
