Very chilled, such a wonderful place to kick back and soak up some Mediterranean sunshine. And for your listening pleasure, the wonderful Ray Davies youtu.be/1h1oRP7FfBw
After watching the sunset, we all piled in the car once more and drove east to the town of Antibes, where we did some more exploring before heading to Anwar's house for dinner. This is my one attempt at a photo, despite it being evening and getting dark: as it was still early January, most of the towns still had their holiday decorations up. For the most part these looked just like the ones at home, but here in Antibes they had strung these delicate strings of lights across all the narrow alleyways, making a shimmering net that twinkled over our heads as we strolled down the old streets -- enchanting. (Unfortunately my camera was still having trouble at the end of film rolls, hence the strange pink wash at the bottom.)
