The other morning when I took a walk in the woods, just around the corner, this was the view when I reached the river which separates two states! Here I am in CT, looking across the river at Westerly, RI! There are so many contrasts here with the ice/water, the life of the flying mallards and the death of those in the cemetery . . . a lot to ponder!
