Anna has spotted another unique place for a photo, and begins running down the hill in excitement.

Today my new Tamron 90mm f2.8 Macro arrived. When I got home I couldn't wait to start using it. So naturally I shot a few Macro type shots, and it is really amazing. But I also know from reviews that is is an excellent portrait lens, so I took a few shots of Anna, the little girl that my wife minds.

She was posing and being playful when suddenly her attention was grabbed by something Yvonne wa saying. That's when I got this shot, which I like as it's natural looking.

I think it proves that this lens is indeed a very nice portrait lens.

I am, needless to say, very happy with my purchase.

This Anna's Hummingbird is not only dispalying its tongue but it's gorget and chest coloration appear in this light as cobalt blue (normally red or gray depending on the light reflection). Taken at the San Pablo Reservoir, CA on June 8, 2018.

This is Anna the make-up artist that was hired for the one day course that I took. She got convinced to go in front of the lights for some shots.
