This beautiful anklet is made with 4mm genuine Green Onyx, sparkling 4.5mm light green crystal and Bali silver spacer beads. It is enhanced with intricate silver Celtic lentil beads and lovely silver quaternary Celtic knot charms. This pretty anklet measures approximately 10" long from end to end and is finished with a silver plated lobster claw and tag closure and a silver "hand made" charm.
"Quaternary simply means "four" - in this case - four-cornered, thus these Celtic knots are Quaternary knots. Celtic knots that have a closed path, (no end or beginning), are considered to be a symbol of eternity, or represent the infinite. "

Ellen created this anklet and earrings set using porcelain, silver and seed beads at a beading party.
This bracelet doubles as an anklet and is made from crocheted white hemp cord, pink and purple acrylic dice beads, round purple beads, and smaller round pink beads with a black design.
The entire bracelet is about 18 1/4" (46.4 cm) long (including extra yarn to tie with), but the crocheted, thicker part is 13" (33 cm) and the beaded part is 2 1/4" (5.7 cm).
Handmade by Meri Greenleaf (Elfling Creations).

One of many little gifts on birthday from hubby. Cos a girl can never have enough anklets. Happy feet...but also tired after a long trip of trekking and walking. Some rest and chill now.
This has saved me so many times. It's called a guardian angel bracelet. No jokes there.
P.S - Are you starting to see a rainbow trend?
P.P.S - My socks really aren't that dirty. It's just the vignette. I swear...
Every color of the chakras went into the fringe on this anklet, along with bells and Swarovki crystals.
With every other bead an iridescent Swarovski AB crystal, no photo can capture the mega-shininess of this anklet! I've also used Swarovski white pearls and Czech glass barrel beads, with silverlined seed bead highlights, finished off with a glass pearl drop dangle.
The anklet is 8.5 inches altogether, and the pearl dangle is just over an inch long.

This was a commission for a client that wanted a wide anklet. I wove the snake part in square stitch and the lower part in Ndebele herringbone stitch. The weight of the beads made it necessary to stitch whalebone stays underneath the beading to keep it from sagging.
This bracelet/anklet combines chinese knotting, a coconut ring, and a conch shell, to make a simple but stylish piece. It looks great on wrists or ankles. The conch shell is a fertility symbol, so combined with the cocnut ring, to represent the seed of life, this could also be used as a fertility charm.

Three carved ivory bands or anklets. The bands are believed to have originated in Africa in the 19th Century.
Each band has been taken from a cross section of an elephant's tusk. The centre of which has been removed, whilst the exterior edges have been carved into smooth convex or rimmed designs.
The exact origin of these ivory bands are unknown, but they form part of a collection of material donated to Lichfield's collection by Colonel Swinfen Broun. Broun collected widely from across the British Empire, including materials from Britain's African colonies. Upon his death, he donated much of this collection the City of Lichfield.
