This anklet is made from bright aluminum (the silver color) and red and pink anodized aluminum rings, and closes with a lobster clasp. Dangling from each of the points are are small red and clear acrylic beads, and a larger pink (with black stripes) round acrylic bead.
This anklet is just under 10 1/2" (26.7 cm) long.

I love bells. Blue also likes them, because I'm less likely to accidentally sneak up on him. This was kind of interesting to do. You take a straight chain and fold it over linking the pieces together until you get the triangle. Then you just link triangles together.
Just one skein of Lorna's laces shepherd sport in gold hill. I live in Florida and I went on a summer anklet socks kick. Just a simple toe up design. I had bought two skeins so I made my sister a pair with the other.

Remember Andersen's tale of the Princess and the Pea? This is how it ends:

It seems though that someone did steal the pea. And then it was discovered that, to get her son to marry, the queen had actually cheated, as she had used a large bead of green, hard jade instead of a pea... No wonder the princess couldn't sleep on it!
Well, the poor jade bead underwent several more mishaps, but it always came out strong as ever. Eventually, it found good company by the side of a recycled piece of silver chain, and together, they formed this unique anklet!
