I took my old Bongos and gave them a restoration. The heel and sole were in good shape, so I cleaned them up and put on a leather footbed and new straps. They are Oh-So comfy and I think there hot looking, what do you think?

Nice summer afternoon at McCarren Park

I was sick of looking at my face, so I propped my feet up on the dashboard (in honor of my friend, Dan, who is amazed at all my car self portraits) and snapped a few. I took some with a blanket over my head, but those weren't very satisfying. LOL.
