The growth of an organisation depends on the vision and cohesiveness of its leadership team, middle managers and the employees. Khaitan Public School works on a competence model by mapping where we are and what could have been better, setting goals and targets on selected agendas and working diligently on action plans the whole year, is our path for progress. The leadership team of senior leaders and middle managers as well as a cohort of teachers got together once again at the two day Leadership Summit on September 21st and 22nd, 2018. The tone was set by Mr Karan Gupta who conducted a session on talent and leader development. Addresses by Mr Anirudh Khaitan, Ms Geeta Varshneya and Ms Namrita Rathee on 21st century education and schools set the path of work for the entire team. The fun element on the two days of immense hard work on team goals were the team building sports activities organised by the school sports team. The team returned home with 8 concrete steps and action plans for the same.
