Hello my amazing Flickr friends !!
Today is a red day at Color my World Daily and the theme at Macro Mondays is dutch angle.
So here you go. A tiny blue pencil with a tiny Polish coin from the 1970 (almost as old as me!!) . I hope you like it my friends ! And just for your information, dutch angle is my favorite technique especially after few gin & tonics LOL .
Since I’m working today, I will have to run in order to make it on time to my office / dining room !! See you later !!
Happy CMWD and happy MM to all participants !! And for the rest of us : happy day !!
Thank you so much for all your lovely comments / favs/ general support / happy thoughts!! Stay safe and healthy!! And see you soon on Flickr !!
A Northern Gannet shown from another angle. These birds have a very expressive appearance - this for example is what they show each other when they want to impress - before they attack or dance, depends who is watching: another male or a beautiful gannet lady.
Please respect my copyright. No use of the photo without my expressly permission.
And: I don't like Comment-Codes, "awards", or such groups. They will be deleted. Explanation at my profile. Also please don't post pictures in the commenting-area. You could post them much better in your own photo stream. Your own words will mean much more to me than a universal-text. ;-D

A male sparrowhawk balancing on a perch.
Taken at one of the Scottish Photography Hides' sites operated by Alan McFadyen.
This photo is somewhat similar to another of my photos from that hike but I've decided I still feel it has several merits that make it worth display in its own right.
An "Iconic View" with Sydney Opera House in the background - a triumph of modern architecture, rare engineering and a marvel born out of innovation, creativity and controversy.
See demo in first comment.
Inspired by Macro Mondays. A Dutch angle: spirit level, bubble level, or simply a level, is an instrument designed to indicate whether a surface is horizontal (level) or vertical (plumb).

Spirit levels indicate if a surface is level
Purchased long ago for photography.
The angled red butte in the center the photo, Devil’s Leap, sits on the northwest side of Red Basin southwest of Shell Wyoming. The red siltstone, shales and sandstones belong to a series of Triassic rock geologists call the Chugwater Formation. The Bighorn Mountain rise in the background. The canyon on the right side of the photo is Shell Canyon. This view can be found along the Red Gulch/Alkali National Backcountry Byway in Bighorn County.
