X The Statue of Queen Victoria has stood in the centre of Hull’s main square since 1900 behind her in this image are the domes of the Hull City Hall. Queen Victoria has probably not been happy since the 1920s when the City Council constructed some rather grand public toilets underneath her. In the past year her displeasure has increased she has been covered in scaffolding as the square is transformed for the City of Culture year. Much of the work is now completed but workers were still hard at work when I took the photograph on December 16th a interesting shot of this is at the top of the comments.

I don't know exactly what this was but it tasted like a creamy pea foam topped with a mild cheese and bacon. Served in a Chinese style soup spoon.

Some of my proudest moments have come about with “just a dog” I hope that someday they can understand that it’s not “just a dog” but the thing that gives me humanity and keeps me from being “just a human.”
oh, fresh dirty paws...my puppy chuppy
I had this idea for a while now. I decided to do it when the sun went down since there were no other opportunities or ideas I had. My tripod is only around 4 feet high and I could not do this photo from high above like I wanted to do it. I had to take shots, holding the camera about my head with both my right and left (it's pretty hard to press the shutter with your left hand). It was pretty amusing though Daisy photo bombed some of the photos!
