The Amu Darya river here marks the border between Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan. Its source is glaciers from the Hindu Kush. It used to flow into the Aral Sea but that has dried up and it basically disappears these days into the desert after being depleted for agricultural use.

Awwwww......my first grandbaby. :) This is a week long project for my 6th grader. They have to carry around a 5 pound bag of sugar decorated to look like a baby. She loves the anime Shugo Chara, so the baby had to be a chibi version of Amu, the main character. I think it turned out really cute!

Reaper Squad, was an Imperial special forces commando unit. Commando units such as Reaper Squad (and the treacherous Inferno Squad), was commissioned during the Galactic Civil War. These commando units usually consisted of four commando troopers with various specialties, such as demolitions and weaponry, slicing, infiltration, sabotage etc. Reaper Squad was created by the former Imperial Triumvirate leader, Grand Prince Serion, who named the squad as a tribute to the downfall of his homeworld. Reaper Squad was one of many Imperial Triumvirate forces that joined the Stygian Remnant, and continued to report to Lord Amus.
