This is from a band named AMPutee I was in and we played rock and roll. I created this and the next flyer for one of our first gigs, before we had a chance to get some photographs of the members. Once we had time to do that, I used the photographs we took and started designing new flyers. Maybe I'll dig some of those out sometime.
Today's theme is a personal milestone; today I achieved 10 million views and I couldn't have done it without the support of people like yourself. So thank you for all your support and encouragement over the years, the Flickr community is both unique and marvellous.
To celebrate, here is my second most viewed photo with 35,800 views, a photo of a double amputee crocodile leaping for food dangling from a river cruise boat. This shot taken on the Adelaide River in the Northern Territory of Australia where the most extraordinary things are normal.
How does it manage with only two legs, I wonder. How did it loose its front legs, I wonder. How well can it run on land and would I be able to out run it, I wonder. How long will it take to get 20 million view, I wonder.
The ceiling caves in on itself, a gyration of metal and electricity explodes into a flash of light and steam.
When the dust settles we see Flit emerge from the rubble whole and more powerful than before.

Someone had built a tiny snowman on a post. The poor little guy might have lost his arm to a bird needing some nest material, or perhaps he was injured in a snowball fight. We'll never know. This may also be the first snowman I've ever seen that had a neck. Grand Canyon, Arizona, USA, March 2023

Last year, I was so moved by Halfbeak's 'Hearts and Minds' entry, that I wanted to try and tug at people's heartstrings with one of my own builds! XD
A big 'Thanks' to Tromas for hosting Ma.Ktober yet again! It gets a ton of my Heavy Hitting friends out to play, and it's an absolute honor to be building right along side them year after year!!

This project took me much further than I thought at the beginning, and it was pure grace. Describing social issues in Japan through photography has proved difficult, more than anywhere else, due to seriousness and privacy typical of japanese people, and to the high standards that permeate every aspect of life. However, how much overabundance of meanings and connections, and how much I received in terms of personal growth! Butoh dance, that I approached in order to use it as a narrative device, overwhelmed me, and was deeply intertwined with the themes of the project.
