Looking through the crown on the choir stalls at the stained glass windows at The Chapel of the Incarnate Word. "Each top is adorned with the fleur de lis; the national symbol of France and the birthplace of the Congregation's Foundresses."

This is the most beautiful Chapel I have ever had the privilege to shoot at. It's in San Antonio, Texas. Perfect Lighting, Amazing acoustics coming from the Organ just behind me in the Choir. Took my breath away. Now I have seen my fair share of immaculate Chapels on my travels to Italy and Sicily. But never here in the states.
The Congregation of the Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word, built the Chapel in 1906, and 100 years later, in 2006, Sister Walter Maher (General Council of the Congregation) and Rolf Rohn (Liturgical Designer) lead the renovations project, which were completed just last year.
