You know they say that the first day of the year is very important. Whatever you do stay with you throughout that entire year.
For instance, if you are looking at this post today, chances are you will be addicted to Flickr for the whole year...did I say "chances are"? NVM
...either that or you will drink a coke at least once this year...but that's too easy.
this was one of the moment that make me go crazy. this glade was breathtakingly beautiful but i was not able to capture it. it's something i think about so often. the world so perfect through me eyes but it's impossible to take it home with me through my camera...
maybe someday i'll learn.

Something different.
The Angel of the North is a contemporary sculpture designed by Antony Gormley, which is located in Gateshead, England.
As the name suggests, it is a steel sculpture of an angel, standing 66 feet (20 m) tall, with wings measuring 178 feet (54 m) across — making it wider than the Statue of Liberty's height. The wings themselves are not planar, but are angled 3.5 degrees forward, which Gormley has said aims to create "a sense of embrace".

An image of the Angel of the North I took a while back (that's my son walking up to the angel)
How's the composition?

Been to the Free State Province a couple of times during winter of this year and the sky was virtually void of any any clouds; glad to see they are slowly creeping back this summer which I hear will be very warm and dry...
