For Fence Friday is this lovely rock wall fence beside the pond in the Treasury Gardens that remembers Ambulance Victoria personnel who "died in the service of others. Your unconditional care and commitment to the community will be remembered always"
Air ambulance at Caernarfon Airport in North Wales. Its a tiny place.
I had to poke the lens through a hole in a wire fence to get this. It was a wasted journey.
This WW II era ambulance is housed in the Tillamook Air Museaum south of Tillamook, Oregon. The Tillamook Air Museum is an aviation museum located at a former U.S. Navy Air Station and housed in a former blimp hangar, known as "Hangar B", which is the largest clear-span wooden structure in the world. Part of the enormous hanger had a white plastic roof hanging above some of the exhibits. There were also considerable distracting items in the vicinity of this truck. So, I experimented with Generative AI in Photoshop to give the vehicle a more interesting back drop.

One of the new style Mercedes WAS bodied ambulances owned by Yorkshire Ambulance Service the first one I have seen owned by them.
as my mum and dad were cleanig the car i was stoud board outside when the ambulance car stoped in front so i ran to the car and grabbed my camra this picture was taken in the same place as the police car and ambulance car i cant rember what page its on but have a look just in front is a 4 way junchion and there are staions on nearly evry one and on the road this car is on speed well fire staion is wherethay were doing traing on this day
New to the Yorkshire Ambulance Service Patient Transport Fleet for 2010 are these Renault Master Ambulances not sure on the bodywork could be papworth?I like the new colour scheme and lightbars on these vehicles makes them look quite modern I think.
Y649OVN a Mercedes Ambulance owned by Yorkshire Ambulance Service this old example is not used as a frontline vehicle anymore but is used for transfers and events duties these days.
An Offside view of YJ07FXD owned by Yorkshire Ambulance Service,I have a feeling this example is based in South Yorkshire somewhere as most of the 07 batch of these were to that area to replace some very old renaults.
YX07FPP is a Volswagen LT46 UV Modular Ambulance a fair number of these ambulances were ordered in 2007 by Yorkshire Ambulance Service as an alternative to the Mercedes UV Modular design and these vehicles mainley found in the North & East regions of Yorkshire

A Renault Master/U.V.G. ambulance operated by Medical Services North East. The company provide a private medical services. One contract they have won is the PTS service for the James Cook University Hospital, Middlesbrough, operated under the control of the hospital bed manager. The ambulances are equipped with a stretcher and seating for 3 walking patients. Most have ramps for rear loading. This example is seen outside the hospital having just arrived to collect patients.
