Up at 4:30 am, we took the boat to a small beach area to wait for the sunrise. Mother Nature did not disappoint!

Amazon – You can still see some larger vessels at the beginning of the ride. The further it goes the only thing left is smaller speed boat and canoe. Not sure where this vessel is going but we are more than 1,800 mi from the mouth of the Amazon at Belém (Brazil) on the Atlantic side
