2 weeks before Christmas I went to check my non-comping account - and found an email from Amazon for their £500 draw. This is definitely #ChristmasCovered ! Huge thanks to Amazon.co.uk for running this Prize draw.
Shown are my first purchases; Lego for my grandson and printer ink are also on my shopping list. With care, the £500 will keep us in presents all this year right up to & including next Christmas.
I only entered a few competitions this year because since March I've been volunteering at a place that makes up hampers for low-income families across South Wales. This is my first win of 2016 and is much cherished.

This is the main dining area. This is table 16. We sat at this table every time we went here. There is no assigned seating but man is a creature of habit and most people sat at the same table everyday. We usually had one gentleman from Chile named Mauricio and he always sat with us and had good stories to tell. A real people person but then again he is in charge of guides on Expedition Cruises out of Chile. Still it was good having him at our table for conversation.
At the riverside 'beach resort' of Alter do Chao the water level has dropped so much that people now cross on foot to the so-called 'Island of Love.'
