Somewhere deep in the dark
A howling beast hears us talk
I dare you to close your eyes
And see all the colors in disguise
Running into the night
The earth is shaking and I see a light
The light is blinding my eyes
As the soft walls eat us alive

The Eiffel Tower (French: La Tour Eiffel, [tuʁ ɛfɛl], IPA pronunciation: "EYE-full" English; "eh-FEHL" French) is a famous landmark in Paris. It was built between 1887 and 1889 for the Exposition Universelle. The Tower was the Exposition's main attraction.[10]
It cost £35 million to build. It is 300 metres tall, but this height does not include the 24 m aerial (antenna) on the top; the total height of the structure is 324 m (1058 feet). There are also 1,665 steps inside the Eiffel Tower. It weighs 10,000 tons. It consists of 18,038 pieces and 2 1/2 million rivets. There are 20,000 sparkling lights and 80 kilometers of cables covering the structure. The weight of paint used is 60 tons, and the surface to be painted - 250,000 m2. The paper used to print the visitor's tickets in a year weighs 2 tons. Three separate colors of paint are used on the Tower in order to enhance the impression of height, with the darkest on the bottom and the lightest at the top.[11]
History
The Eiffel Tower was built by Gustave Eiffel for the 100th year of the French Revolution. There were 107 bids submitted to construct the Eiffel Tower, 50 people worked on the design, and more than 100 built the parts. 132 workers assembled the parts on site. At first, the Eiffel Tower was to be made in Barcelona, Spain, but the people of Barcelona did not want it. Construction began on January 28, 1887 and was concluded on March 31, 1889. When the tower was built, it was only meant to be kept for 20 years. People did not like the Eiffel Tower and reckoned they wanted it taken down. After the 20 years, the tower became the property of Paris again. By this time, the city had learned that the tower could be used to help with communications. The military used the tower to communicate during battle. The tower was used in the capture of the spy, "Mata Hari". Nobody wanted it to be taken apart.

Hey! It's me, Jun, again....
This is Thuy. She's one of the first people that I had a chance to shoot with on October last year.
The first time we met, it was a group meeting, I was so shy that I could not even say a word out loud or do something relaxingly. I just quietly stood there, watched everyone else talking and taking photos so joyfully.
Then Thuy suddenly came by to my side, smiled and asked lots of things about me, like: where I studied, which year, who taught me to photograph, what was the idea behind my photography and asked if she could be the model for my photos or not.
I was amazed by her comely, friendliness and enthusiasm so I said "Let me try."
We had so much fun at the end of that day and this is one of those moments that I shot her. She loved it so much the first time saw it, which made me super delighted as well.

Friday (19-7), we went to a very famous tourist attraction in Da Nang: Ba Na Hills. It's 1489 meters high from the sea level so we had to buy tickets to take the cable car there. When sitting inside it and looking out, a majestic nature appreared, the birds sang the streams flew and the wind blew, all blended into the lively symphony...
After going two cable car trips, arrived to the highest areas of Ba Na Hills, a cool atmosphere surrounded me, the wind blew coldy through every hairline, enormous mountains appeared with full of characteristic blue. Moreover, an old French town appeared in the sight, it was quaint, wide and elegant. It had churches, cellars, and the ancient villa...
Those memories, those images wont never disappear, wont never be forgotten, I don't know how to portray all of them to you, but I think using the double exposure is the best way to do that... This is a self portrait taken while we waited for the tickets and the other photo is the center building of Ba Na Hills.
Every buildings there reminded me of medieval times, so I'll call this "Medieval" :)

There're a silence called "peace".
And there's a peace light as the wind.
Like the wind, you're by my side, silent and hearing.
You...
Warm enough for a rainy day.
Cool enough for a sunny day.
And love enough for a smile on my face.
Thank you

I had such an amazing day... I went with Ky to a photowalk to "Plazita Olvera", "Chinatown" and downton Los Angeles. After we finish our photowalk we drove to the MET theater to the opening night of the show "M-16" a funny rock opera with good actors and singers. I was very happy when it finish because all the lighting and sound went pretty well, even I got good reviews from people and critics about the lighting design... so it was a very good day, that is the reason why I'll like to be a producer... ;)

This photo was captured when I was on a vacation in Đồng Tháp province with other 5 friends (in the southern of Vietnam). It was such a wonderful experience. Cao Lãnh City-where we lived-is spacious and innovatory. I visited many beautiful places and above all I was to a huge immense lotus pond... clear sky, cool wind, fragrant lotus, and quite naughty little ducks.
I felt extremely excited and inspired, visions just came and came to my mind and of course I took a lot of pictures, but I haven't uploaded all of them to you, I just showed up two photos: this one and "Unwelcome visitor". I'll upload it as soon as I'm free in the earlier time. I wont never ever forget that feeling.
And tomorrow, I will have one last vacation before entering the new school year, the trip to my home town (Đà Nẵng, Quảng Nam province). The last time I went there was 9 YEARS ago :) (when I was in grade 3). 9 years have past, my memories of this place was no longer a complete piece, I hope with this trip, I can fill full those cracks :) Cant wait to be there... And this is the first time I've been on a plane, THE FIRST TIME. I don't know what the feeling sitting on a plane is like but I'm extremely excited now, some ideas already came to me and I can not wait to implement them :)
See you in the next 8 days
Wish you the best

Just sometimes, I like standing alone in an open space, looking at the wide sky and thinking about what has passed.
Life is harsh, life is busy. I just need a moment to still...

Standing patiently with a handful of peanuts to attract the Jays, this unexpected and VERY bold visitor showed up - and before long, two more. All three looked well fed and were clearly used to people with handouts. Unfortunately, they kept the birds away so we moved on.
Es war ein großartiger Tag, nachdem wir direkt von Salzburg am Morgen zum Königssee gefahren sind, haben wir direkt die erste Fähre genommen. Die Aussicht und das Panorama war einfach unbeschreiblich.
I thank you God for this most amazing day, for the leaping greenly spirits of trees, and for the blue dream of sky and for everything which is natural, which is infinite, which is yes. ~e.e. cummings

Yosemite National Park has a lot to discover, by day or night. After three unforgettable days in Yosemite National Park I take this picture last night. In the next weeks I will certainly publish more pictures of this and the other National Parks, which visited in the last 4 weeks in the USA. Some I already posted during the trip.
I took all my courage to share a part about myself last week. Receiving everyone's encouragements, I felt being loved, trusted and warm, those are great motivations which help me continue to smile and be consistent with the path I've followed. Thank you!
This is the latest photo of a series that I started doing in the middle of last year, called The Outside. As its name, the series are all about beyond things outside of this world, which is in particular, the vast, fanciful and dreamlike universe. I love the universe, I love the mystery and the cold apprearance which it’s wearing. I spend a lot of time watching and studying about outerspace through documentary films, although having memory problems, I always consider it as a special gift to be able to watch the same footage again and again with the same charm and exciting feeling.
To me, the universe is a dark world that even now human knowledge about it is extremely little, people feel small and lonely when floating in an endless gloomy space. However, in that dark atmosphere, there are beautiful things, the lonesome little lights but great and sharp, which are the nebulas, the galaxies, the stars ...; all combine in harmony creates a distinctive beauty featured on the black background of an open space.
I have and always felt the universe is similar to dark art, they're both mysterious, both cold, both scary, both dreaming, and also both highlight the tiny lights hiding in them. If the brightly colored lines of the nebula create abstract but inspirational illusions for me to fly high with my imagination, I can certainly grab all the beautiful things wandering somewhere in the darkness that had been forgotten and shunned by the human beings.
That is also an interesting way of thinking
