Country music is definitely not my normal genre, but the lyrics of this song truly touch me every time I hear it. I know there are special people who come into our lives exactly when we need them. Sometimes the interaction can be subtle, almost overlooked - a simple smile or kind word from a stranger at the right moment. Sometimes they are the people we have come to count on in our lives, who are always uplifting and positive. Maybe there are angels among us.
So this song is dedicated first to AD, because he has been like an angel to me. Second, to all my friends, who I know have their ups and downs, because we all do, even if we never let it show. Some of you are definitely angels to me. And third, to anyone who just happens upon my post at the right moment in their day, because they need to. Have faith and have a wonderful holiday season, everyone!
