Building products at Facebook: the team and the process
Speech by Chiara Cacciani, PSSD Alumnus
Chiara Cacciani is a Product Manager at Facebook London.
She’s currently focused on ‘Workplace by Facebook’ with the goal of improving how people communicate and collaborate in the workplace. Italian and designer by background, she originally joined Facebook a year ago to lead the Video team in London.
Before Facebook Chiara spent 1 year as a service designer and 3 years at Vodafone working on mobile payments and IoT.
The event is powered by the POLI.design Specializig Masters in Service Design and Strategic Design, in collaboration with the Politecnico di Milano Master Degree in Product Service System Design.

"An Evening of Conversations and Connections" held at the JPMorgan Chase offices at 1 Chase Manhattan Plaza. The theme of the evening's talk and panel discussion was "Lessons in Global Strategies".

Each year, the Alumni Alliance awards the Presidential Citation Award to individuals who have demonstrated outstanding and continuing service to the University of Missouri and its campuses. The Alliance selects one person from each campus and Extension, and the UM System president selects recipients on behalf of the system.
