Rubjerg Knude Lighthouse is on the westcoast of the North Sea in Rubjer, in the Jutland municipality of Hjørring in northern Denmark. It was first lit on 27 December 1900. But due to erosion and large annual movements of the sand masses, it was decided to move the tower further inland, just because it was expected that the tower would fall into the sea by 2023... But it still towers high above the Danish dunes on the west coast.

Solitude on one of the 15 uninhabited small islands (islets) sprinkled across the remote Aitutaki Lagoon, Cook Islands, South Pacific Ocean. Aitutaki is reached by flying 4 hours north of New Zealand into the Pacific Ocean to Rarotonga (Cook Islands Capital) then a further 50 minutes flight to the tiny Island and lagoon of Aitutaki.
As has become my habit this summer, I once again got up before sunrise and got my weary body down to the river at Dry Island Buffalo Jump Provincial Park. This time I did a short hike as the predawn sky was starting to light up. There was lots of fog around so the light was diffused. The result was an absolutely amazing sunrise. I took a lot of photos in a span of 10 minutes or less. This is one of my favourites of the morning so far.

Today Sethi had the garden all to himself for a change as both Tofu and Cleo were too lazy to go outside. As Sethi likes to be alone he probably enjoyed every minute and after I had taken this photo I didn't bother him any longer either because I had to work. :)

Originally built for the RHS Tatton Park Flower Show 2019, this garden was designed and created by Clive Scott (Garden Designer) and Jack Booth (Little Landscapes). The garden was designed to highlight the work and services provided by Moodswings, a charity dedicated to helping people recover from mood problems.
This garden has now been given a new lease of life, at Angel Meadow, Manchester for generations to come.
