so, you should all know that this piece is a lot darker than what i usually prefer.
but i think that it worked, especially for the message that she wanted to display.
Technically, early March still isn't spring, but apparently, those trees didn't get the memo. Won't complain, this way I got an opportunity to play with my then-newly acquired lens. Early March 2016.

I didn't see the approaching man on the bicycle in time to get him centered up in the view, but it still gives a sense of scale for the height of the bridge. I was more intrigued by the way the shadow almost perfectly intersected the center of the frame.

The reason I've hardly uploaded this month except for my Attack Attack! photos is because my monthly usage is almost full ;( so I'm saving all of my uploading for the end of the month haha. I've been taking so many photos lately, especially since I got my 40D. Actually, I just saw Aaron with Underoath again last night, he's such a sweetheart!

While driving W. of Encino, NM on 5-01-12 I spotted this old wind mill and lenticular clouds. Altocumulus lenticularis are a type of stationary wave cloud that results when air is forced to raise over elevated terrain. When the conditions are just right these clouds look like flying saucers!
