I don't think you would like Almond Milk kitty :D but it's sure good in Acai bowls!!!!

Running round the house realising i don’t have much blue stuff, then sitting down with a cup of coffee so I could think better, pouring almondmilk in it from my little jug I suddenl stopped: hey it‘s blue!!!! My tableware is a crisscross of different things and i got this together with some eggcups and bowls in oeange ... and yes ... blue.

Couldn’t find the black sturdy paper I kept for making black backgrounds (duh where is my head) so i rummaged in different drawers that are filling up too quickly with too much stuff and came to this wonderfully wooden tablet that is painted with black and blue laquer.

Placed jug on it Et voila- hope you like it!

Ninety minutes of sleep in the last twenty-four hours. Currently injecting myself with 1.7 ounces of espresso to accommodate the shot of strobe-light anesthesia. This should keep me awake for the morning. I know for certain that I am bound to crash into dreamland in the early evening, after my afternoon shower.

Almonds are a popular choice for making nut milk, but don’t count out the other varieties of nuts, particularly cashews and hazelnuts. Naturally sweet cashews have a very mild and neutral taste and make rich and creamy honey cinnamon nut milk….

Here's what I made for dinner last night:

Leftover pot roast lightly coated with Sriracha hot chili sauce then pan seared...YUM! oh and I tried Silk almont milk for the first time, YUM and YUM!
