A beautiful Christmas display to put us in a festive mood for the holidays!

For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

-Isaiah 9:6

My favorite Chritmas hymn is "Silent Night." When I was little I learned how to sing it in German, there was something so magical about singing the beautiful, calm, tune in another language.

Merry Christmas everyone! I hope your day is full of wonder and joy!

A beautiful and frosty walk along the river this morning with Lucy. A lone Canada Goose seems to be staying for the Winter. We can't always see him, but we hear him calling for either his missing mate or his flock. And the bushes on the banks of the river are filled with colorful Cardinals, Robins and sparrows as they compete for the last remaining edibles.

All is calm, All is Bright

“Christmas is most truly Christmas

when we celebrate it

by giving the light of love

to those who need it most.”

~ Ruth Carter Stapleton ~

“Sweet the coming on /

Of grateful evening mild;

then silent night /

With this her solemn bird

and this fair moon, /

And these the gems of heaven,

her starry train.”

~ John Milton ~

1080 got a Kent Christmas wrap in December 2017. Come January, I thought it was gone and 1080 would be back to bold. Today I saw it still in the wrap so I decided to get an other picture!

Also Halifax Transit 2016 NovaBus LFS #1226 is seen on route 41 ahead.

wanted to use my Hero Arts neon inkpads, which colors are so pretty - don't you think?

Snowlflakes were clear embossed on white card before the inks were sponged on, and subsequently spritzed with some Glimmer Mist

Made using Penny Black snowflake stamps from the All is Bright collection and sentiment stamp from the Christmas Cheer collection.

Submitted for the Keen on Neon Challenge in the Moxie Fab World
