Well, there is much to do in Kos, Greece. Especially when you are interested in archaeology. But we went on this holiday to recover from a energy dip. So what did we do? Not much.But; I have seen those archaeological sites some years ago and I can surely say, it is gorgeous when one is interested in it, and I can surely recommend it.
And for now? We stayed in a good and very big all inclusive resort, and they have plenty of food there, so guess what? Here is our first food upload from our Greek holiday 2019, cheese. An arrangement of Emmental cheese with red grapes.

Fields of sunflowers are a photographers delight, and the field containing these sunflowers is in full glory. Timing is crucial to the full bloom and open petals and I feel it is spot on in this case. Everyone enjoys slowing down or stopping to observe the sea of golden beauty, and in this case there was about 80 acres of loveliness.

Fellow photog Bill Matuszewski turned me on to the location of one awesomely large and bright sunflower field. If you live in mid-Michigan find the corner of Gordonville Rd. and Homer Rd, west of Bullock Creek H.S. and south of Midland.

we were at the end of Conkle's Hollow in Hocking Hills State Park, Ohio, taking our turn at these falls and i was set up about a foot off the ground for the perspective desired, when I saw the refraction on my viewer. So with a little moving around the angle of the lens to the sun I was able to get the full spectrum of color.

The Midland Camera club planned and executed a wonderful trip to the Jordan Valley and Leelanau peninsula in pursuit of Fall colors, landscapes, farms, sand dunes, Lake Michigan. lighthouses, and a vast assortment of interesting subjects to photograph. Ngapali (said to be named after the Italian city of Naples) is Myanmar’s premier beach destination. Located on the Bay of Bengal coast in Rakhine State, its main feature is an idyllic stretch of white sand and palm tree-lined coast, with a number of resorts spread out next to traditional fishing villages.
Ngapali is about relaxing and enjoying the sun, but other activities include taking trips on local fishing boats; kayaking; snorkelling or scuba diving amongst the brightly coloured fish; and cycling or motorbiking down the beach and around some of the local villages.
Hocking Hills State Park is a non-contiguous state park in the Hocking Hills region of Hocking County, Ohio, United States; it is contiguous with the Hocking State Forest. Within the park are several spectacular rock formations, including Old Man's Cave, a narrow, deep gorge featuring waterfalls; Rock House, a cliffed area with a rock shelter; Cantwell Cliffs, a broad gorge at the head of a hollow with a unique stone stairway; and Ash Cave, a large rock shelter with a small waterfall, and Cedar Falls, a larger waterfall south of Old Man's Cave.[1]
The park is in five separate sections: Old Man's Cave, Cedar Falls, Ash Cave, Conkles Hollow, Cantwell Cliffs, and Rock House.

All inclusive
While finding an “authentic” place is fashion nowadays in the tourist world , we did the opposite.
The old fashioned all inclusive formula works well enough for us. Just relaxing, eat and drink all you want, enjoy the entertainment and when you want to go somewhere, nobody is stopping you.
And during an all inclusive holiday there is ofcourse one thing a photographer really can enjoy indoor, and that's food photography.
