We went on a wine tour when last in Nantes, around the Clisson area to the South East of the city. This area is known for its vineyards and for Hellfest, one of the largest heavy metal festivals (which amusingly you can see in Lightroom's satellite view if you find Clisson). I love the idea of a heavy metal festival where they're rocking out and having a glass of the lovely white wine from the fields surrounding them. They probably drink beer, but I choose to pretend they don't.
Here I'm trying to go for that interesting detail sans context shot that I see others do, particularly in urban settings, so well. I'm not really sure this works here, but one has to try :)
what better way to spend the long evenings - a picnic dinner and a glass of beer on the top of Shining Tor whilst watching the sunset...
