Ruins of an apparatus that was used to turn sweat into gold. Abandoned early 1960's. This is in "New" Troy, Grant Mountain Range

Pewter chain turning to gold... with help from a bit of colored light from the side. Links are 4 to the centimeter, so photo is about 3 to 4 cm wide.

So many options (again) for this theme. For the last metal based theme, copper I think, I bound a coin in copper wire, this time I decided to gild a silver 50p in a little gold leaf, for a little dramatic effect.
