Looking across Canning Dock to the Albert Dock, Liverpool.

Quite a while since I've done any night time shots like this and to be honest I struggled a fair bit. Quite pleased how this turned out though. Taken using the K&F Concept natural night filter which was available for use along with some other kit.

Another nice meet up and a thoroughly enjoyable evening and walk around the Liverpool waterfront where we got to watch the MSC Virtuosa depart the cruise terminal under a sultry Summer sky. I’m in danger of becoming a cruise ship fan😉

Liverpool has been transformed over the last 15 years. It is now one the of top world city attractions and the people are renowned for their friendliness.

...In a busy Albert Dock,Liverpool.

A brief Beatles Based whistle stop tour of Liverpool recently. Only took my phone so please don't zoom in on the pictures as you won't like what you find!

btw, if you ever find yourself there with 90mins on your hands, do the Blue Route Beatles bus tour. Voted 10th best tour attraction in the World on Trip Advisor for a reason. We toured, we laughed, we learned and we sang! Best bus trip ever!!

New Bavaria Sport 360 Coupe literally squeezing into the Albert dock under the new footbridge.

At £235,00 on the water,I would have not even attempted it...

The Royal Liver Building. Liverpool.

Quite a variety in archtechtural styles on view here; a classic Liverpool view

Two photos taken seconds apart, first one at 1/100 (I think 😂) then a long exposure for the wheel and the magic of photoshop replaced one moon for the other!

Taken the day after the lunar eclipse as it was cloudy that night.......very cloudy!

Stavros S Niarchos is a British brig-rigged tall ship, now renamed "Sunset". She was previously owned and operated by the Tall Ships Youth Trust. She was primarily designed to provide young people with the opportunity to undertake voyages as character-building exercises, rather than pure sail-training. Launched: 2000

Displacement: 576,100 kg

Beam: 9.9 m

Sail plan: Brig; Sail Area: 1,162 m2 (12,510 sq ft)

Nearing the end of my two hour circular walk now...still lots to see.

A view towards the Albert Dock from the Strand.
