I've always been a huge fan of Leiji Matsumoto's art. I belong to the same generation of the Daft Punk guys and like them I've been strongly "impacted" by the Captain Harlock series broadcasted in France in the 80's. For some reason it was called Albator which is cool I think. Anyway it's not so popular nowadays so I was quite surprised to see these goodies (from the more recent Galaxy Express 999) sold in a conbini. I guess there is still some amateurs of these characters! How about you ?
