Airbrush tans are the other alternative and the real "safe" tan. They are short and completely painless, and may look more natural and give you more of an even result than a self-tanner would. With both self-tanners and airbrush tanning it is still necessary to apply sunscreen to protect you from the suns harmful rays.

Received this for Christmas.... This is the tip of a 0.2mm needle poking through the hole in its protective housing on an airbrush. I'll be using it a little bit more in the near future as I start my adventure in leather working (and maybe refurbishing some old sneakers/running shoes).
