This was shot in the Affinity Room at SUMMIT One Vanderbilt, the observation space high above Grand Central Terminal. The room is filled with floating silver-gray balloons that children -- and adults -- can enjoy.

These are fret saw blades. There are two bunches tied with wire and a single one. The blades have 20 teeth per inch so this is about 3/4 inch.
I've used my Nikon Z6ii + 105mm macro lens + 1.4x teleconverter + 2 extension tubes. I couldn't find anything else to add on!
The blades are lit with a couple of LED lights.
To get the depth of field it is a focus stack of 60 photos merged using Affinity Photo. Each photo has a 3 second exposure.
Lecce is a historic city of 93,300 inhabitants (2013) in southern Italy, the capital of the province of Lecce, the second province in the region by population, as well as one of the most important cities of Apulia. It is the main city of the Salentine Peninsula, a sub-peninsula at the heel of the Italian Peninsula and is over 2,000 years old.
Because of the rich Baroque architectural monuments found in the city, Lecce is commonly nicknamed "The Florence of the South". The city also has a long traditional affinity with Greek culture going back to its foundation; the Messapii who founded the city are said to have been Cretans in Greek records. To this day, in the Grecìa Salentina, a group of towns not far from Lecce, the griko language is still spoken.

It is wrong to think that love comes from long companionship and persevering courtship. Love is the offspring of spiritual affinity and unless that affinity is created in a moment, it will not be created for years or even generations.

The Tyger by William Blake
Tyger Tyger, burning bright,
In the forests of the night;
What immortal hand or eye,
Could frame thy fearful symmetry?
In what distant deeps or skies,
Burnt the fire of thine eyes?
On what wings dare he aspire?
What the hand, dare seize the fire?
And what shoulder, & what art,
Could twist the sinews of thy heart?
And when thy heart began to beat,
What dread hand? & what dread feet?
What the hammer? what the chain,
In what furnace was thy brain?
What the anvil? what dread grasp,
Dare its deadly terrors clasp!
When the stars threw down their spears
And water'd heaven with their tears:
Did he smile his work to see?
Did he who made the Lamb make thee?
Tyger Tyger burning bright,
In the forests of the night:
What immortal hand or eye,
Dare frame thy fearful symmetry?

More messing about … in camera double exposure with a Lensbaby Trio 28 in Velvet mode. Then a bit of playing in PS.
First shot of a bare tree and second of leaves in the swimming pool, then flipped.
