7. Technical Concept: High Affinity- There isn't a lot of visual intensity here because the blue police lights fill the entire image and drown out the woman's face to blend her into the background. It's a lot of gray tones next to each other.
Scenario: After being picked up at the bus station, the woman now feels more at home because she's with her friend. They went to get ice cream and now look forward to spending the next couple days together before she has to head home! The cop car lights add to the urban theme because when you think of a city, you think of a greater population and more activity.
