The noise and crowds of a supermarket in the lead up to Christmas can really be quite stressful. The popular seasonal songs blare out, making it even worse ! But a wonderful thing happened. This peaceful music began, gently soothing the nerves. It's Advent, not yet Christmas, so I thought I'd play it for you here. Sometimes known as 'The Basque Carol' or 'Gabriel's Message'. I've loved it from my school days. I was transfixed when the supermarket played it !
