Made mine 48" tall instead of the called for 34". The extra height makes a suprisingly comfortable backrest.

Also made my seat bigger as "my seat" is bigger than that in the plans.

The biggest change was skipping the anti-skid ($6 for a roll) and using a router with a 3/8" cove bit to make height adjustment grooves that lock the seat into place. No slippage here and I saved more money on top of that.

I created two layers and adjusted the saturation, shadows/highlights of the butterfly. I desaturated the background a bit and up'd the contrast of everything. I think it brings out the color of the butterfly and sets it off nicely against the backdrop.
