Salad Course: ($3.00) Pallet zinging Tabouhleh Salad with Quinoa This refreshing salad boasts the fresh flavors of summer, mint, parsley, lemon and cucumber! Dinner Course: ($7.50) Surf-N-Turf Tacos – Barbacoa & Salmon Barbacoa: Chipoltle, chillies and cumin combine with the acid in apple cider vinegar to give this low and slow fall apart beef taco it’s deep, earthy flavor. Topped with fresh-from-the-farm produce to add just the right amount of crunch. Salmon Orange, ginger, cumin & coriander make up the sensational marinade for this flavorful salmon taco topped with a citrus slaw and lime.
