GROUP: LOOKING CLOSE ... ON FRIDAY

THEME: CYLINDRICAL

SUBJECT: BATTERIES

I did have a couple of ideas but this came to mind just before I got started. It was all the colours that excited me the most visually speaking.

Happy Macro Mondays

I wish you a powerful and happy Macro Monday!

GROUP: MACRO MONDAYS

THEME: ODD

SUBJECT: BATTERIES

(not quite 1.5" horizontally)

Anode of an AA battery. The challenge was to find something that start from the letter A (my name is Adrian) and in this case I think there are many "A" present in a AA alkaline battery, not only the positive side (anode) of the battery.

Lit with a small LED flashlight with four light bastard amber gels, camera left, slightly behind batteries, and another small LED flashlight with two dark blue gels. This light I held in my hand and skimmed the subject with the edge of the blue light beam.

on the positive pole makes the battery not useful / inoperable and it therefore must be discarded.

Am wondering how this translates to life? Is there something that keeps you from being your most authentic self??

I was changing batteries for my flash in an event and quickly took this shot. Do you use re-chargable batteries and/or what brand do you prefer? I use Canon CP-E4 compact battery pack.

HBW!

How frustrating it is when the battery in the clock on the wall goes dead and you've misplaced your store of new ones.

I was at the gym this morning for my Spin Class and Yoga Class ~ now, I'm feeling charged upon and ready to go ... albeit, it won't be out and about as it is another "lovely" rainy day!!

Low Battery !!! Is time for change .......

The Apple Battery Charger comes with a sleek, compact charger and six AA Ni-MH batteries - two for keyboard, two for mouse or trackpad, and two for charging.

An AA gun battery that was attacked and overrun by the Japanese 229th (Tanaka) Regiment during the night of Dec 18, 1941. Some escaped the attack but twenty of the 5 AA Battery prisoners were bayoneted to death.

For Macro Mondays group.

Theme: Begins with the letter "B" (batteries)

Random musing: Ever notice that they make "AA," "AAA," "C," and "D" batteries, in addition to the 9V and other numerous proprietary rechargable ones, but there is no "B" battery?

I've had this idea for a while but had been unable to bring it to fruition. I must say that I have another variation of this idea, but need a little something extra to make it work for me, so that will have to wait for another day. I'm still not 100% with this idea,

Happy Macro Monday.

In less than twenty hours, I attend my first college class in twelve years. I will be bringing the above with me, as well as a delicious sack lunch consisting of a peppered turkey, spinach, and swiss cheese sandwich, a bottle of water, a granny smith apple, and a TLC snack bar of some sort. Am I being anal? Yes... deliciously anal.
