The A80 Supra (in its most revered guise) is probably my favourite of the legendary name. Some would think it's not a difficult choice; probably the most attractive in a traditional sense but then also the best mechanically. For me personally it's a close run thing to the original Supra, just because they look so darn cool.

I nearly didn't bother with this one though, I was in a rush, it was quite a distance away and I wrongly assumed it would be an NA automatic. However, zoom was my friend.here and it turned out OK.

A registration check suggests that this is actually the TT manual version, however I have since found photos of it online that seem to show it's an automatic and has perhaps changed to none original wheels. Still very attractive although not what I'd want, but when you've got 320 BHP as standard and another 50% increase available without much major work I think I could cope with those 4 gears.

Many thanks everyone who comments or faved my photo

Norfolk Southern job A80 and CSX job Y201 work to coordinate their movements in the small yard next to the Bunge facility on the Decatur River Branch. A80 is making the last of its moves here and will soon run west to switch the Alabama Farmer's CO-OP feed mill, allowing Y201 to finish up their work.

Y201 is one of two CSX jobs that work the branch out of the company's Oakworth Yard near downtown Decatur (the other being Y103). A80 is based out of the Norfolk Southern's Decatur Yard on the west side of town. I've been lucky to catch them working during daylight hours on two of my past three trips to Decatur, as it is rare for them to work the River Branch during daylight hours.

Outside of the Cité Metro stop.

Pedestrians getting the right of way = happy Dara.

Norfolk Southern job A80 backs past one of my favorite locations on the Decatur River Branch, the Stone Lumber Company building at the intersection of Somerville Road and Market Street. The crew is on their way to switch the Bunge Packaging Plant. Once their work there is complete, they will switch the Alabama Farmer's CO-OP feed mill before heading back to their yard on the west side of town.
