I like to discover plants/Flowers in different stages of the evolution. Here are three from a bouquet that are just starting to reach for light.
The color of the flower was almost too vibrant to a nice shot. So, I sprayed it with water so the drops could be the "star" of the show.
I love how the worm appears to be staring right at me. The face is a little frightening to be honest.
A close-up view of a budding flower captures the quiet anticipation of spring. The intricate textures and vivid green-purple hues highlight the delicate beauty of new growth just before it bursts into bloom.
Another one of my Hipeastrum flowers in its late stages.
