It was our photo trip to the Chinese grassland called壩上in Dec17,2015 and we took the jeep in early morning to the sunrise spot called敖包吐, that day was a clean sky that sun will rise up without cloudy , we took the best chance to take the beautiful sunrise moment in spite the cold temperature under zoro 20 and it was worth that the scenery was so special and amazing for snow sunrised

The fluidity aspect
TodaysArt 2014 exhibition
Zoro Feigl creates mainly large scale installations which seem to be alive. His works continuously change shape, slowly or rapidly, nervous or gracious.
The materials dance and twist. The installations bring to mind single-cell creatures, primitive organisms. Without beginning or end the objects seem to be locked into themselves. Feigl follows the laws of physics, but he tries to balance between what mechanics itself brings and what he can do with a minimal gesture to display the aesthetics of technical mechanisms. As a viewer you become entangled in their movements: they embrace and amaze, but sometimes also frighten you.
His new installation ‘Structural Intensity’ is a shape that is hissing and puffing to maintain its shape, thereby encapsulating itself. Struggling between power and elegance, the machine is trying to escape it’s own embrace.
Feigl has been a part of SERVICEGARAGE and is a founding member of Kafana. Feigl’s studio practice is based in Amsterdam but he often resides in China or works on location for extended periods.
Name Origin: „Roronoa Zoro“ => I traded the o with u. The three sword I idea came from the One piece Character: Roronoa Zoro.

Zuru use light amor so he can faster travel through the skies. Because of that he is very fragile.

Lore:
Zuru family was killed by a small group of pirates. It was not the entire crew. After he became a master of sword fights and aerodynamics he joins pirates to find the pirates who killed his family. He hasn’t find the killers yet. Zuru heraed that a big pirate crew dissolved and the members are joining new crews. Maybe some killers are in captain Tandayc new crew...

Here it is! Roronoa Zoro, designed and folded by me from a 50cmx50cm sheet of tracing paper.
Slight upgrade to the previous one, this version has it all. The sword sheaths are also there, they're not visible from this angle though :P
I'm really proud of this design. I'll probably do more characters for now, until my mind shifts to something else. I'm having fun :)
