Here is a place where I am always to relax.
As I captured several moments here, this image I decided to do in infrared. The moment was captured at noon because the heat was intense.
“We have two eyes to see two sides of things, but there must be a third eye which will see everything at the same time and yet not see anything. That is to understand Zen.”

I have known since I was young that I could separate myself
Trace along a synapse in my brain and take on someone else
Peak into a life that I have never known and tell their tales
Reach in my pockets with nothing but consciousness I tend to
Sit upon my hands until my heart achieves a state of Zen
Scribble out my ego, pick up empathy and find a pen
Manifesting every word they thought of but they never said, oh
Losing my consciousness in every pocket that I never had
I hope the sacrifice is worth it
Leave my heart inside another person
Always knew that I would find my purpose, living as a servant
Taking on the roles they can't let go
Zen fountain, fresh water fountain
The little sound of falling water turns out to be very calming. In addition, as a fountain gives a cooling sensation, we want much needed…
Europe on alert as ‘dangerous’ heatwave !
A new French record could be set today when a high of 45C is predicted in the South of France.
Keep safe !

In a quiet moment...
Feel your oneness with earth and imagine you have roots grounding in the earth,
while your spirit still soars with the breeze into the vastness of the universe.
Zen is more of an attitude than a belief.
Zen is the peace that arises through the unity of oneself with a wholeness, a being that is of a different nature than oneself.
Zen means being aware of the oneness of oneself with the world and everything in it.
Zen means living in the present and experiencing it through and through.
Zen means being free from the distractions and deceptive conflicts of the material world.
Zen means being in tune with the universal course of things.
Zen is to fully experience the present and to enjoy the fundamental miracle of life itself.
🌄 Wishing Everyone a Good Day with Balance
“Zen wants us to acquire an entirely new point of view whereby to look into the mysteries of life and the secrets of nature. This is because Zen has come to the definite conclusion that the ordinary logical process of reasoning is powerless to give final satisfaction to our deepest spiritual needs.”

~~When we start to feel anxious or depressed, instead of asking: 'What do I need to get to be happy?', the question becomes: 'What am I doing to disturb the inner peace that I already have?'~~

Norway are home to beautiful scenery, but it’s also home to a dangerous stretch of coastline. The Stadhavet Sea is where the North and Norwegian seas meet, and is the most exposed and dangerous area along the coast of Norway. The people who lives out here, have always been linked to the sea, as sailors, as fishermen and as whalers. This area experiences between 45 to 106 stormy days per year. The beautiful coastal landscape is shaped by the waves, through an eternity of time
