My trusty Pentax Z-10 film SLR camera. I used to work in photographic retail in the early 1990's when this camera was released. I was amazed at how it was 'auto-everything', focus, aperture, shutter speed, DX film ISO reading, etc. It was like a point and shoot with the quality of an SLR. Seemed so high-tech at the time.
Photography gear has progressed so much in terms of technology in the years since, I took the photo of this classic camera with a 'vintage' Canon 10D, which was one of Canon's first semi-professional camera bodies with only 6.3Mp crop sensor made around 2003. Strange that the two cameras are separated by about 20 years but both seem as old as each other. Both can still take decent photos.

Immediately inside the front door at Ward Z. The security door is open, and bars belong to the external gate some 12 feet away.
Z Ward was a separate building at the Glenside Mental Hospital that catered for the criminally insane. Built in 1885, it is now empty and preserved by the National Trust.
Una volta, in una domenica uggiosa di fine inverno,
giravamo per Consonno, senza Z.
Altri mancavano, ma Z di più.
Poco prima di ripartire ho intravisto una natura morta
al limite dell'inquietante.
Impossibile tornarci
senza Z.

is for the zany zebra.paperclip. Her super cool series of christmas-lights-in-shower inspired this... which is nowhere near as good, but I decided to stop when a little light bulb broke in my armpit.
Her last name was Zizumbo, they all called her "Z". Out of 19 men in her class...she smoked all of them!

About the only thing I am certain about on this shot is that it is a westbound Z train in Utah, I am thinking it is Spring Glen but that doesn't seem right to me. It wasn't often the Z ran with SD50s let alone three units but it did on this Oct 97 day.

These two bots are fairly static so they seemed to go well together.
