This is a very short video scene of the very powerful backbend what i have made when i've recorded my workout,if i watch it again and again...i can't belive it that i should be this-but no: it's me !

-

This is the original picture without a cut,i have a little bit manipulated the contrast and the color for a more nice skin color, the part with the window is a bit brighter than the part with my clothings, because the light through the window.

-

The sound is a mix from the rain drops on my roof window and the normal sound if you makes your moves on the mat.

...for your nerves,i have made the sound a little bit more quiet.

...and for a good flat of a man,it is always to see a man underwear pants-on the same place where do you would see a bra in a flat of a woman.

In this case, my yoga mat.

The saga of the wrists continues, as partially told by this project. I saw the hand surgeon a couple of weeks ago, and she said that I have no mechanical problems with my wrists. No carpal tunnel syndrome, no arthritis, no weird bone issues, nothing she could find at all. She then passed me on to an occupational therapist, who I saw last week. She said that my pain seems to be due to overly tense muscles. She gave me some stretches to do, said that I should try to walk about 15 minutes a day, and told me to start taking weekly yoga classes at their clinic. They were out of yoga mats, so I had to go get my own, and of course this called for a project! I went with the Om Yoga Mat Bag out of Stitch 'n Bitch Nation. I used Peaches 'n Cream cotton yarn because it was all I could find in a brick-and-mortar store on short notice. It turns out I'm not terribly crazy about this yarn, because it *loves* to overtwist. I was a bit worried about the colors pooling, but now that it's finished I think it looks alright.

Oh, and the pain? Almost gone! My wrists still hurt a bit, but the combination of stretches, walking and yoga seems to help quite a lot. I think that it will eventually go away altogether as I keep working at the stretches and exercise. If nothing else, at least I don't have to deal with surgery and expensive medicines unless for some reason it gets a lot worse in the future, so that's good :).

Exploring part of the Old Town as Edinburgh had its first experiment with Open Streets - vehicles were banned from a few Old Town streets on Sunday, giving them over entirely to people rather than vehicles (to be honest several of the Old Town streets really aren't suitable for modern traffic anyway), and it will repeat on the first Sunday of each month for the next few months.

It was very pleasant being able to stroll down the Royal Mile, Cockburn Street, Victoria Street and the Grassmarket without having to watch out for cars or huge tour coaches. Locals and tourists alike were enjoying the freedom, kids were playing in the streets, so too were adults (I saw some joining in a badminton game right on the historic Royal Mile!), some were offering a chance to try Yoga, or to try cycling without cars around. Really enjoyable experience
